The 30 Day Learning/ Relaxation Light & Sound Program.

When I began my education into light and sound technology, the consensus amongst this field’s leading researchers was that one 30 minute (minimum) session per day was the most beneficial way for an individual to use their light and sound instrument. That was over fifteen years ago. Recently, I attended a conference where this field’s leading researchers suggested two, perhaps three 10-15 minute sessions per day is the most beneficial way. As much as I respect the medical professionals and research leaders that have done so much in getting this technology accepted by the medical community in general, I do believe they are as likely to change their opinions in the future as they have done in the past. Therefore, I will say to you exactly what I say to my clients. Everyone is different. Everyone’s daily routine is different. You are the one who knows what works best for you. That is why, when you begin to use your light and sound instrument, you do it daily and in a way that is convenient for you. Let this 30 day program be your guide and utilize the users log to write down your personal session experiences.

Ask yourself if it is easier for you to do one long session per day, or is it easier to do two or three shorter sessions over the course of the day? Which approach better fits into your schedule? You shouldn’t have to worry about making time to do sessions. That just isn’t very relaxing!

Whether you do one long or two to three short sessions per day, remember that a key to your success is consistency. By keeping to your schedule, in a short time you should begin to feel a reduction in stress, an improvement in your ability to relax and a general overall feeling of good health. You will begin to develop control over the daily stressors that influence your mental, emotional and physical being. Keep positive thoughts in your mind. Record your experiences in your daily log. Notice the improvement in your attitude. Now is the time for quality mind exploration.
