ACCESSING BRAIN STATES WITH LIGHT & SOUND INSTRUMENTS
Benefiting From Light & Sound Technology. Continued…
A few weeks back I received a letter from Richard Hunsaker that pretty much describes what we all experience from listening to the 515 while working. Richard has realized improved concentration with increased memory retention. After the first week of use, he could actually “visualize” personal improvement. Richard wrote that these improvements could not have come at a better time because he not only is the engineering manager in charge of software products for an international gaming manufacturer, but is the proud new father of a very beautiful and energetic baby girl.
Richard feels that one of the stigmas related to “self-help” techniques and products is that one must realize a problem to affect a cure or a positive result. He continued by stating the 515 improves upon good situations- making good things better. The result being enhanced and improved activities at all levels.
Light and sound can also make good things better. I have seen it happen time after time. Perhaps the best way to illustrate my point is to let you read what one client wrote about his experience. The client is Terry Keenan. Terry was a deputy sheriff (now he is enjoying retirement). This is what he wrote about using light and sound:
“I don’t know how, but it works. This comment was made by a sheriff’s sergeant who had been injured on duty. His right shoulder caused almost constant pain. I loaned him a small light and sound instrument and a tape on pain reduction to help ease the torture.
I have found this technology very useful. As a speaker and consultant on court security I often travel. I have never been able to sleep while traveling. Nor could I catch up when I arrived at my hotel room. Because of this, I often arrived to conduct classes and security assessments in a less than alert state. Groggy from lack of sleep and attempting to substitute caffeine for energy, I’m sure I sometimes made less than an exemplary presentation.
