Incidentally, if you enjoyed watching X-Files, that old Fox network show that was popular some years back, you may remember an episode they did about an individual who acquired the ability to control lightning (X-Files program #52/”D.P.O”). In it, they mentioned the frequency of lightning was 7.83 Hz, the Schumann Resonance Frequency.
The women at Recovery Serenity Ranch would do the Schumann Resonance session outdoors during the spring and summer months and found it extremely refreshing. Although the women that stayed at RSR were the victims of abuse and addiction, from the beginning they utilized light and sound with great expertise, oftentimes teaching the teacher.
Each resident was able to use these instruments on a daily basis and attended a weekly workshop devoted to maximizing their light and sound experiences. This approach allowed each individual to proceed at their own pace. Topics discussed in the workshops mainly involved using light and sound technology correctly, experiencing sessions aimed at recovery and learning a variety of relaxation techniques for use when they graduated. The purpose of this program was to give these women a built-in relaxation response to override any anxious or stressful situations that may occur after they had left RSR. In addition, this program enabled them to experience the benefit of complete mind / body harmony.
